01 · Component feeding
The feeder image documents an assembly step for small keyboard components. For a replacement order, confirm the keycap profile, switch structure, language layout and backlight variant.
02 · Circuit connection
The soldering image highlights a connection step. Check the FPC position, connector width and pin arrangement against the original keyboard before approving a match.
03 · Controlled adhesive application
The dispensing image illustrates a controlled assembly operation. The process and material used can vary by keyboard design; sales can request details for the quoted SKU.
04 · Final inspection
The inspection image supports a discussion of key response, legend quality, backlight, surface finish and connector condition. Ask sales which inspection records are available for the selected model.
Send the laptop model, a photo of the original keyboard and its rear label if possible. Confirm language layout, backlight, mounting tabs and FPC connection before the order is finalized.
